Three Coins in the Fountain

I don't get it. Why is the movie called Three Coins in the Fountain when there are only two coins in the fountain? (Remember, the oldest woman refused to throw one in.) It's false advertising! Where's the third coin? And can I use it to buy some food? These people don't feed me enough. They don't even let me lick the plates!
